1. What we collect
When you sign up for AgentWatch, we collect:
- Your email address and name (used to create your account)
- Usage event data you send via our API (token counts, latency, model names, agent IDs)
- Billing information processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers
- Optional: Slack webhook URLs you configure for alert delivery
We do not collect the content of your AI prompts or completions. Our SDK and webhook ingestion only transmit token counts and metadata — your prompts never leave your server.
2. How we use your data
- To display your agent cost and performance dashboards
- To send budget alerts, spike notifications, and weekly digests you have opted into
- To calculate billing based on your plan
- To improve the product (aggregated, anonymised usage patterns only)
We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. We retain usage event data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
4. Third-party services
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — application hosting and analytics
Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
5. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics may collect anonymous page-view data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Export your usage data
- Close your account at any time from Settings → Account
