Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AgentWatch (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
AgentWatch is a SaaS platform that monitors AI agent costs, performance, and usage. We provide dashboards, alerts, and analytics based on usage events you send to our API.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your API key and account credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You may not share your account with others outside of the team seat feature.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without permission
- Send malicious or intentionally misleading data to our ingestion endpoint
5. Billing and payments
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods except where required by law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Uptime and availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for costs incurred by your AI agents during any downtime or data loss event.
7. Data ownership
You own your data. We do not claim any rights over usage events or agent data you send to AgentWatch. You may export or delete your data at any time.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account. Upon closure, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentWatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
